Products and availability

Pursuant to the provisions of Law 47/2002 amending Law 7/1996 on Retail Trade Regulation of January 15, and Law 34/2002 of July 11 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce , the CLIENT before placing an order has the right to know the essential characteristics of the Products that he wishes to purchase. In this way, the HOLDER informs the CLIENT that the photographs and descriptions of the Products for sale are not contractual in nature, being only illustrative, and do not commit the HOLDER, who, based on the state of the technologies, does everything possible to that the colors and shapes that the Products show in the photos displayed on the Web are faithful to the originals, without avoiding variations in the colors and tones presented, due to technical limitations and depending on the monitor on which they are viewed. Many of the products on this website contain natural stones, so each one is unique and may differ from those shown in the photographs. In case of doubt, the CLIENT may request a photograph of the available stones in order to choose the one that best suits their preferences.

All orders placed by the CUSTOMER are subject to the stock of the Product and its availability.

If the order is made up of a single item and it is not available, the CUSTOMER will be informed at the email or telephone number provided when registering on the web. www.belenbajo.com and you can change your purchase and replace said item with another available in the online store for an amount equal to or greater than the initial amount, or wait between 4-6 weeks for the out-of-stock item to be manufactured.

If the order was made up of several Products and some of these could not be served, the CUSTOMER may modify their purchase and replace said item with another available in the online store of equal or greater amount, or wait between 4-6 weeks for it to be make the item out of stock.

 The OWNER reserves the right to withdraw or modify any Product on the website at any time.

 The HOLDER is not responsible for errors caused by the technical malfunction of the CLIENT's Internet connection service.

Prices

As required by current law, the prices of the Products are expressed in Euros and include the VAT corresponding to the country of reception, if it is European, or the price without taxes if the shipment is made to non-EU countries, the Canary Islands or to the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla.

The expenses that may be generated in customs or taxes upon receipt of the product, as well as any bank surcharge for the transactions carried out, will be borne by the CLIENT.
The prices of the Products shown in the catalog do not include shipping and delivery costs. There are cases in which shipping is free and others in which this service will have to be paid.

Once the CUSTOMER has selected the Products they wish to purchase, and before proceeding to pay for them, a final summary will be presented identifying the Product(s) purchased and their total price, Taxes (where applicable) and transportation included.

The OWNER will try to ensure that all the information on the price of the Products is accurate, but without guaranteeing the absolute absence of errors. In the event of an error in the price of a Product, the HOLDER will contact the CLIENT indicating the correct price of the Product and requesting confirmation of the order. In the event that the CUSTOMER does not confirm the purchase of the Product at the correct price, or that the HOLDER cannot contact the CUSTOMER, the purchase of said Product will be understood to have been cancelled. In both cases, the total amount of the purchase will be refunded to the CUSTOMER by the same means used to make the payment.

Except for typographical errors, the price of the Products will be the one indicated on the Web, and may be modified by the HOLDER at any time. Changes in the price of the Products may not affect the amount of confirmed orders.

Purchase procedure

For the acquisition of Products on the web www.belenbajo.com, it is mandatory to register by creating a customer account and provide all the requested information (DNI, contact telephone number, full name, email and address).

To proceed with the purchase of Products, the CUSTOMER will access the online store, where they must add the Product they wish to purchase by selecting it and adding it by clicking on the “Add to cart” icon.

At the end of the purchase procedure, you will be asked to press the "Pay securely" button, which will confirm your order.

Once the CUSTOMER has completed the entire purchase procedure, they will receive an email acknowledging receipt of their order. In this way, the purchase contract between the HOLDER and the CLIENT will be considered fully and duly concluded at the time the order has been paid by the CLIENT and confirmed by the HOLDER by means of an email to the email account designated by the CLIENT. The order confirmation email will be sent once the CUSTOMER has placed the order in accordance with the purchase procedure indicated on the Web. The CLIENT must verify the content of the email and, in case of any error or mistake, must immediately inform the HOLDER through an email sent to hello@belenbajo.com

Secure payment

The CUSTOMER may pay the Orders and shipping costs by: credit card (Visa and MasterCard) or PayPal.

If the form of payment adopted is a credit card, this will be done through the Secure Purchase payment platform of SERVIRED. This payment system complies with the secure electronic commerce standards adopted by the international card brands Visa and MasterCard to guarantee ownership by the buyer.

Through this system, in order for the CUSTOMER to be able to buy with his credit card, it will be essential that the bank issuing the credit card accept payment through Secure Shopping. Therefore, if you have problems with your card, you should contact your bank. Once the CUSTOMER has decided which Products to buy and has completed the purchase steps, they will access another page in a secure environment where they must enter their card number, expiration date and identification code (verification digits). . The next step is to check the ownership of the CUSTOMER and the verification of the purchase by the card issuer, an operation that is carried out through the system determined by the CUSTOMER's Financial Entity. If the CUSTOMER is identified and the purchase verified, the transaction will be processed securely. Once the payment has been completed, the CLIENT will be able to return to the web.

The HOLDER never has access to the confidential information related to the means of payment.

In the case of choosing PayPal, it allows different forms of payment and also provides extra security to both the buyer and the seller, since they take care of the claims that may arise from both parties.

Shipments

Free courier shipping is only applicable to addresses in the Peninsula.

The order will be sent once we have confirmed that the chosen model is available and that your payment has been approved. We will do our best to process it as soon as we can. If it is not on the same day, it will be the next business day after making your purchase*.

*Important: All Belén rings are manufactured in size 14, so if the customer requests another size, the shipment will be delayed more or less depending on the difference in sizes:

  • If the requested size is up to two sizes larger or up to two sizes smaller, that is, it is between size 16 and 12, both inclusive, an adjustment work will be carried out that may take the shipment between 3 and 6 working days depending on workshop workload.
  • In the case of rings with a size larger than 16 or smaller than 12, we have to make them by hand in our workshop in Córdoba, since they cannot be adjusted without damaging the ring. This can delay the shipment for a maximum of 15 working days, although the delivery time usually does not exceed 10 days.

 

It is necessary to take into account that orders placed after 2:00 p.m. (GMT +1) from Monday to Thursday, and after 1:00 p.m. (GMT +1) on Friday and during Saturday and Sunday will be prepared to be shipped the next day. labor. The National Holidays in Spain and local in the Community of Madrid or in Córdoba, can also cause delays in deliveries. Estimated delivery dates are calculated in business days.

Delivery

  • The production of Joyas Belén Bajo is completely handmade. Our workshop in Córdoba rests during the month of August. For this reason, orders placed during that month will be shipped in the first half of September.

  • During the promotions that are carried out in the HOLDER, it is possible that the delivery time of the orders to the CUSTOMER is affected by the volume of sales concentrated in a short period of time.

Deliveries are made between 8:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. and require a signature from whoever receives the shipment, to guarantee the safe reception of your order. In the event that the CUSTOMER or the authorized person is not at the address designated for delivery or if the delivery cannot be made for other reasons, the transport company will contact the CUSTOMER to set an alternative delivery date. delivery.

If after 3 delivery attempts the courier company fails to deliver the order to the CUSTOMER, the order will be returned to our warehouses and the CUSTOMER must bear the shipping costs, as well as any associated management costs.

In the purchase form, the CUSTOMER will be asked for a shipping address within normal business hours. The HOLDER will not be responsible for errors caused in the delivery by the courier or when the address indicated by the CLIENT does not adjust to reality or data necessary for delivery have been omitted.

No deliveries will be made to post office boxes.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns for withdrawal and change of orders

If you want to RETURN your order, send us an email to hello@belenbajo.com during the next 14 calendar days after receiving the package. The order must be returned in perfect condition and through a certified courier company. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. 

The amount of the order will be refunded by the same payment method that was used in the purchase.

Customised jewellery cannot be returned. We make rings in size 14 and can be adjusted from size 12 to 16. Outside of these sizes we must make it especially for you.

It is only possible to EXCHANGE an item for another of equal or higher value by paying the difference in price, within the first 30 days of receiving the item (during the Christmas period, exchanges can be made until January 15). The amount of purchases will not be refunded except in the case of defects or faults, although before sending an item it is carefully checked to avoid such circumstances as far as possible.

Personalised jewellery cannot be exchanged, as is the case with returns due to withdrawal. We make the rings in size 14 and can adjust them from size 12 to 16. If your size is smaller than 12 or larger than 16, we will have to make it especially for you and, therefore, it will not be possible to exchange it. 

Shipping costs will always be borne by the CUSTOMER. We recommend shipping via a courier company due to the type of Product, as the OWNER is not responsible for damage to the product and/or losses thereof that may occur during transport. Exchanges or returns of items with postage due will not be accepted. In the event that the CUSTOMER wishes to exchange an item, it must be sent to the following address along with its original packaging.

Returns of defective Products

In the event that the Product is defective or has any defects, the CUSTOMER must contact the HOLDER within 72 hours of receiving the order. hello@belenbajo.com.

The HOLDER will be responsible for all the expenses involved in the collection of the Product/s and the subsequent delivery of the new Product/s, provided that once they have been examined by the Quality Department, the existence of defects or defects in them is confirmed. , and that these have not been produced by poor handling by the CLIENT or during transport.

The return or replacement of the defective Product will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days following the date on which the HOLDER has sent an email to the CUSTOMER confirming the return or replacement of the Product.

In the event that the Product cannot be replaced by an identical one, the amount paid will be fully refunded to the CUSTOMER, including courier costs. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the CUSTOMER when making the purchase. In this case, the CUSTOMER must return the Product to the address indicated above.

All the information provided by the CUSTOMERS will be used to process the order.
